With more than 20 years of experience, Dana Jones has dedicated her career to helping clients build stronger, healthier lives. As one of Shape Fitness’s go-to early morning trainers, Dana is known for her consistency, motivation, and the way she sets the tone for her clients’ entire day.

Her specialty lies in bone density training, an area that has become a cornerstone of her coaching philosophy. Dana understands how critical bone strength is to overall health, balance, and longevity—especially as we age. Through carefully designed resistance and weight-bearing programs, she helps clients not only prevent bone loss but also rebuild strength, confidence, and resilience.
