Always Here to Help

While our gyms are staffed Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 10 PM, we go above and beyond with our Help Desk Center, available:

  • Monday – Friday: 5 AM to 12 AM

  • Saturday: 8 AM to 5 PM

  • Sunday: 11 AM to 5 PM

From answering your questions to getting you signed up over the phone, our Help Desk makes joining simple and stress-free. By the time you walk through our doors, you’ll already be ready to start your Shape Fitness journey.
