Hola friends! My name is Carolyn, and I’ve been proudly training clients and teaching group fitness at Shape Fitness for over 13 years. From Yoga and Zumba to circuits, weights, and beyond—I’ve loved every minute of helping people transform their health.

I believe it’s better to be the oldest one in the weight room than the youngest one in the nursing home. Health and wellness matter at every age, and it’s never too late to get back on track. My specialties are flexibility, strength-building, and balance, but my real passion is creating an environment where people feel supported, motivated, and confident in their own skin.

As a trainer, I don’t just look at the workout—I look at the whole person: your lifestyle, habits, family, and goals. I’m invested in my clients’ success for the long term, because fitness shouldn’t be a phase—it should be a lifestyle you enjoy. That’s why I tailor every program to mix proven methods with activities my clients truly love. Over the years, I’ve done it all: badminton, outdoor running, dance fitness, and even teaching a client how to ride a bike so she could enjoy it with her kids.
