How It Works
Red (~630–660nm) and near-infrared (~810–850nm) light support cellular energy in skin and muscle—without UV or tanning.
What to Expect
- Sessions: 10–15 minutes per area
- Frequency: 3–5x/week for 4–6 weeks, then 2–3x/week to maintain
- Prep: Clean skin (remove makeup/SPF). Position 6–18 inches from the panel.
