From the very beginning, our facility was designed and shaped by the input of local residents. Conveniently located in the heart of town inside Choctaw Plaza, our 9,000 square-foot facility is a hub of health, wellness, and connection. We offer a complete line of cardio machines, strength-training equipment, and free weights so that every fitness goal — whether it’s building muscle, burning fat, or improving endurance — can be achieved under one roof.

The Shape Fitness Difference

For nearly two decades, we’ve taken pride in being a locally owned and operated gym that does things differently. Unlike large chain gyms, we don’t hand over your information to third-party billing companies. Instead, we use our own proprietary Copelands Systems technology to manage memberships and access, keeping everything secure and in-house.

We also believe in a personal approach to membership. That’s why we encourage every new member to join in person. You’ll meet our friendly staff, get a proper introduction to the facility, and know you’re joining a gym that values your privacy, safety, and trust.
